01
Galassia Jewels is a contemporary fine jewellery maison dedicated to enduring design, exceptional materials and considered craftsmanship.
Our creations are conceived, designed and crafted within our own ateliers, with the process extending from design and technical development through diamond selection, setting, finishing and final inspection.
Our philosophy is simple:
To create jewels worthy of being kept.
Our creations are developed and crafted within our own ateliers.
Design, CAD development, craftsmanship, diamond setting, polishing and finishing remain closely connected throughout the creation process.
This allows the original intention of a design to remain present from the first idea to the finished jewel.
From the first line to the final polish, every detail remains under our care.
02
Yes.
Galassia jewellery is accompanied by IGI certification and relevant documentation, according to the nature of the creation.
Certification provides an independent record of relevant diamond characteristics and forms an important part of the ownership documentation of a fine jewel.
For further information, please refer to our Certifications & Authenticity page.
A diamond certificate records important characteristics of a diamond, including its cut, colour, clarity and carat weight, together with other relevant information depending on the certificate and stone.
A certificate provides an important technical record.
However, we believe the experience of a diamond extends beyond specifications.
The certificate records the characteristics. The eye experiences the diamond.
Yes.
For clients who prefer certification by GIA, this may be arranged upon request where the individual diamond is suitable for the certification process.
GIA certification is available at an additional cost, which will be communicated before the certification process begins.
The availability and process may depend upon the characteristics and suitability of the individual diamond.
Yes.
Galassia works with both natural diamonds and lab-grown diamonds, depending on the creation and the client's preference.
Natural diamonds are formed through geological processes over immense periods of time.
Lab-grown diamonds are created through controlled technological processes and possess the same basic chemical composition and crystal structure as natural diamonds.
Both are considered according to their individual characteristics, appearance, quality and suitability for the creation.
Yes.
Fancy-colour diamonds may be considered for selected creations and bespoke commissions.
Their evaluation involves considerations beyond the conventional colour scale, including the nature, strength and distribution of colour.
For exceptional stones, colour itself may become the defining character of the jewel.
For selected creations, diamond specifications and options may be discussed with our team.
For bespoke commissions, diamond selection forms an integral part of the design process.
We consider the individual characteristics of the stone together with the proportions, character and intended design of the jewel.
The right diamond is not simply a diamond of distinction. It is the diamond that belongs.
03
Yes.
Selected Galassia creations may be customised according to the available design and production possibilities.
Depending on the creation, this may include considerations such as:
The available options depend upon the individual creation.
Our team can advise you on what may be possible before an order is confirmed.
Customisation involves adapting an existing Galassia creation within the possibilities of its design.
Bespoke is different.
A bespoke creation begins with an individual idea and is conceived specifically for one client.
The process may include consultation, concept development, design, diamond selection, CAD development, approval, craftsmanship and final presentation.
Not selected from a collection. Not simply adapted from a standard form. But conceived for one client.
Yes.
Our bespoke service allows a jewel to be conceived specifically around your vision.
You may begin with an idea, an inspiration, a particular diamond, a meaningful occasion or simply a desire to create something that does not already exist.
The process begins with a private consultation and develops through design and technical approval before craftsmanship begins.
One client. One vision. One creation.
Yes.
For bespoke creations, the design is developed and refined before craftsmanship begins.
CAD development allows proportions, dimensions, stone placement and technical details to be examined with precision.
The developed design is then presented for consideration before the creation moves into production.
04
Absolutely.
We encourage clients to speak with our team when they require guidance regarding diamonds, sizing, customisation, certification, bespoke creation or a significant purchase.
A private conversation allows the details of the creation to be understood before a decision is made.
Choosing a fine jewel should be a considered experience.
Yes.
Galassia offers private appointments for clients who wish to explore our creations, diamonds or bespoke possibilities with individual attention.
Appointments are arranged in advance and may be physical or virtual.
No.
Physical appointments are available by prior booking only.
This allows our team to prepare specifically for your visit and arrange the appropriate creations, diamonds or bespoke considerations for your consultation.
A booking charge applies to physical appointments.
The physical appointment booking charge is fully redeemable against future purchases from Galassia Jewels and remains redeemable for the lifetime of the client.
The booking charge therefore becomes a lasting credit towards a future Galassia creation.
The applicable booking charge and appointment arrangements will be communicated at the time of booking.
Yes.
Virtual appointments are available at no charge and by prior booking.
A virtual appointment can be used to discuss creations, diamonds, bespoke jewellery, certification or any questions you may wish to understand before proceeding.
Distance should never stand between you and a considered experience.

Galassia offers creations with different production requirements.
Some pieces may be available as ready creations, while others are made to order or require additional development.
The applicable production and delivery timeline will depend upon the individual creation, selected configuration and requirements of the order.
There is no single timeline applicable to every creation.
Ready pieces and made-to-order jewellery follow different schedules.
Customised and bespoke creations may require additional time for design, CAD development, approval, diamond selection, craftsmanship, setting, polishing, quality inspection and secure delivery.
The expected timeline for your individual order will be communicated before confirmation.
Orders are considered confirmed after the required customer information and successful payment confirmation have been received.
Where an advance payment is required, production will commence after the applicable confirmation requirements have been completed.
Production timelines may vary according to the nature and complexity of the creation.
Changes may depend upon the stage of production and the nature of the creation.
Because jewellery may be individually crafted or customised, certain changes may no longer be possible once production has progressed.
If you wish to make a change, we recommend contacting the Galassia team as soon as possible.
06
The price of a creation depends upon its design, materials, diamond specifications, metal selection, craftsmanship and configuration.
For made-to-order and customised creations, pricing may also reflect the selected configuration and prevailing precious-metal and diamond market conditions.
The applicable price will be communicated before your order is confirmed.
Available payment methods are displayed through the applicable checkout process.
For bespoke or high-value purchases, our team can discuss the applicable payment stages and order confirmation requirements during your consultation.
Applicable taxes are reflected in the purchase documentation according to the applicable transaction and pricing structure.
Your final purchase documentation will provide the relevant details associated with your order.
07
The documentation provided depends upon the nature of the creation.
Galassia jewellery is accompanied by IGI certification and relevant documentation.
Where applicable, documentation may also include the purchase invoice, diamond or stone-specific information and other relevant records associated with the creation.
We recommend retaining all original documentation carefully.
The jewel carries the memory. The record carries its identity.
Yes.
Where applicable, hallmarking may be arranged upon request.
The applicable hallmarking arrangements and process will be communicated before the process is undertaken.
A fine jewel may remain with one owner for a lifetime and eventually pass to another generation.
Its documentation forms part of its ownership history.
Original certificates, invoices and service records may also be useful for future reference, insurance or valuation purposes.
For this reason, we recommend keeping all original documentation safely with the jewel.
08
Every bespoke creation begins with a private consultation.
We first understand the idea, occasion, inspiration and character you would like the jewel to possess.
The journey then develops through concept, design, diamond selection where applicable, CAD development, approval, craftsmanship and final presentation.
The process begins with conversation. The creation begins with an idea.
Yes.
A bespoke commission may begin with almost anything—a sketch, photograph, memory, architectural form, particular stone, existing jewel or simply an idea you have carried for some time.
The purpose of the consultation is to understand the intention behind that inspiration and translate it into a considered piece of jewellery.
This can be discussed as part of a bespoke consultation.
Any existing stone would need to be examined and assessed before its suitability for incorporation into a new creation can be determined.
Our team can advise on the possibilities after examining the individual stone and understanding the proposed design.
Yes.
The bespoke design is developed and refined before craftsmanship begins.
CAD development allows the technical and aesthetic aspects of the creation to be considered before the physical making process starts.
The creation proceeds only after the design has been established and approved.
09
Galassia creations are prepared carefully before dispatch.
The jewellery undergoes the applicable final inspection and is prepared together with its relevant documentation and presentation before secure delivery.
Specific delivery arrangements may vary according to the destination, order and nature of the creation.
The estimated delivery timeline will depend upon whether the creation is ready, made to order, customised or bespoke.
Manufacturing, inspection, courier schedules, customs procedures and other circumstances may affect the final delivery date.
An estimated timeline will be communicated for your individual order.
International delivery may be available depending upon the destination and applicable requirements.
Where international delivery applies, customs duties, taxes, handling charges or other destination-specific costs may arise.
The applicable arrangements will be communicated before your order is confirmed.

Fine jewellery should be treated with thoughtful care.
We recommend removing jewellery before exercise, swimming, bathing, household cleaning, gardening or activities involving heavy impact or pressure.
Perfume, cosmetics and creams should ideally be applied before wearing jewellery and allowed to dry completely.
For detailed guidance, please refer to our Jewellery Care page.
Frequently worn jewellery should be professionally inspected periodically.
Particular attention should be given to diamond and gemstone settings, prongs, clasps, links, articulated sections, surface condition and overall structural integrity.
Early attention can help identify signs of wear before they become significant.
Yes.
Our Lifetime Service may include professional cleaning, inspection, polishing, setting inspection, prong and claw repair, clasp and chain repair, ring resizing where possible, structural repair and restoration.
Every creation is assessed individually before work begins.
The appropriate service depends upon the design, materials, construction and condition of the jewel.
11
Yes.
Our relationship with a client does not end when a creation leaves the Maison.
Galassia offers Lifetime Service intended to support the care, preservation and restoration of Galassia creations throughout their life.
Services are provided following examination of the individual jewel.
Where technically possible and appropriate, yes.
Restoration is considered individually with attention to the original design, proportions, materials, setting, surface finish and character of the creation.
Our intention is not simply to make a jewel appear new.
The purpose of restoration is preservation—not reinvention.
12
Eligibility depends upon the nature of the purchase and the stage of production.
Ready pieces, made-to-order jewellery, customised creations and bespoke commissions may be subject to different terms.
Because many Galassia creations are individually produced, cancellations or refunds may not be available once production has commenced.
Please review our Terms & Conditions before placing an order.
Because bespoke and customised jewellery involves individual design and production, cancellation may not be possible once the creation has entered production.
Any request will be considered according to the stage of production and the nature of the commission.
The applicable terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
13
Yes.
Eligible Galassia creations may be considered under our Lifetime Buy-Back programme, subject to the applicable conditions and verification process.
The original purchase bill is required.
The creation must undergo physical examination, authentication and verification before any buy-back can be completed.
Verified metal value is paid at 100% of the verified metal value in cash, following examination and verification.
The valuation is based upon the verified quantity and purity of the precious metal together with the prevailing metal rate determined by Galassia on the date of the buy-back.
The metal buy-back value is not based upon the original MRP or total invoice amount.
Eligible diamonds are valued at 80% of the Original Diamond Value, provided as Lifetime Buy-Back Store Credit.
The Original Diamond Value refers to the individual value attributed to the diamond or diamonds by Galassia at the time of sale, as reflected in the component-wise MRP bifurcation on the final purchase bill or invoice and maintained in Galassia's records.
Diamond buy-back is therefore not calculated as a percentage of the total jewellery bill or total amount paid for the finished creation.
No.
The eligible diamond buy-back value is provided as store credit for future purchases from Galassia Jewels.
It is not paid as cash.
No.
Custom and bespoke creations are not eligible for Lifetime Buy-Back.
All other eligibility remains subject to the applicable buy-back conditions, original documentation, physical examination, authentication, verification and reconciliation with Galassia's records.
The original purchase bill is mandatory.
The creation must also be physically presented for examination, authentication and verification.
If the creation cannot be satisfactorily authenticated, verified or reconciled with the original Galassia records, Galassia reserves the right to decline the buy-back.

We recommend keeping the following safely:
These records form part of the ownership history of the creation.
A fine jewel can become part of a family's history.
We encourage owners to preserve the original jewel together with its certificates, invoice and service records so that its identity and history can travel with it.
The creation may pass from one generation to the next. Its record should travel with it.
