These terms outline the considered process behind each bespoke and made-to-order jewel.
Made-To-Order Products
Each Galassia Jewels piece is individually crafted to order according to the selected metal quality, diamond type, diamond quality, size and finish.
As every piece is handcrafted, slight natural variations may occur while maintaining our highest standards of craftsmanship.
Pricing, Payment & Confirmation
Prices are based on your selected configuration and prevailing precious metal and diamond market rates. Advance payment may be required before production begins.
Applicable taxes, duties, shipping and handling charges will be communicated before your order is confirmed. Orders are considered confirmed only after receipt of complete customer information and successful payment confirmation.
Production timelines commence after confirmation and may vary depending on customisation requirements, material availability and finishing processes.
Certification & Materials
Gold purity and diamond specifications correspond to the configuration selected during purchase. Where applicable, certification and authenticity documents will be provided with your order.
Please retain these documents, together with your original invoice, as part of your creation’s ownership record.
Cancellations, Delivery & Care
As every jewellery piece is custom made, cancellations or refunds may not be available once production has started. Any exception will be evaluated individually based on the production stage and the nature of the customisation.
Estimated delivery dates may vary due to manufacturing, quality inspection, courier schedules, customs procedures or unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
To preserve the beauty of your jewellery, avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, abrasive surfaces and strong impacts. Damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs or normal wear is not covered.
