Our Lifetime Buy-Back is a considered commitment extended to eligible Galassia creations throughout their lifetime, subject to our examination, authentication, verification and the original purchase bill.
Metal
For eligible Galassia creations, we offer 100% of the verified metal value in cash.
The applicable value is determined by the verified quantity and purity of metal, together with the prevailing metal rate determined by Galassia Jewels on the date of buy-back.
The metal value is based solely on verified metal content and the applicable rate—not the original MRP, total invoice value or total amount paid for the finished creation.
Diamonds
For eligible diamonds, Galassia Jewels offers 80% of the Original Diamond Value as Lifetime Buy-Back Store Credit.
Original Diamond Value means the individual value attributed to the diamond or diamonds at the original sale and recorded in Galassia's purchase and sales records. Store Credit is redeemable exclusively against future Galassia purchases and is not redeemable for cash.
Eligibility & Verification
The applicable value or Store Credit is established only following satisfactory examination and verification.
The original bill is required to establish the identity of the creation, verify records and determine the applicable value.
We verify authenticity, metal composition and purity, diamond records, original purchase records and the original bill.
Bespoke and custom-created jewellery is not eligible for Buy-Back or Store Credit under this policy.
